What Solesca ships, and how often
Solesca has published 220+ dated releases since January 2024, each documented in the release notes on docs.solesca.com. That is the record to check when you want to know whether a design tool is still moving: not the roadmap, the dates.
Where are the release notes?
The full, dated release history lives at docs.solesca.com/release-notes. Every release is dated and described there, going back to January 2024. If you are evaluating Solesca, read a few months of it. It answers a question no demo can: what does this team do week over week?
What shipped recently?
Highlights from the summer of 2026: in July, fields gained a mount type, so an array is set as roof, ground, carport or floating; in August, the AC wire schedule began accounting for ampacity and voltage drop across step-down transformers; and in September, auto-wiring started keeping the AC wires it adds and re-routing them when carport inverters move.
Two earlier releases picked up trade coverage. In April 2026, Solesca launched engineering mode on the design platform. In December 2025, ARGUS AI's auto-obstruction detection shipped: computer vision that identifies rooftop obstructions and applies user-specified setbacks. The release notes carry the complete list between and since.
Why does release cadence matter to a buyer?
Design software earns its keep in the details: a module library that keeps pace with what distributors stock, export formats that match what your engineer opens, setback rules that track code. Those arrive as small releases or not at all. A dated public record of 220+ of them since January 2024 is the evidence this page exists to point at; ECA Power's experience of requested features arriving within weeks is what it looks like from inside a customer account.
